By commissioning me you agree to all of the below ♡

General

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason, including subjects I'm uncomfortable drawing or requests outside my skill set.
  • All prices are starting prices and may increase depending on complexity, number of characters, background, props, or extra details.
  • All commissions are drawn in my personal art style.
  • Unless discussed otherwise, all commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use requires an additional fee agreed upon beforehand.
  • I retain copyright to all artwork I create and may post finished or WIP images on my portfolio and social media — unless you request privacy.
  • Average turnaround is 1–3 months depending on my queue and commission complexity.
  • Artwork is delivered digitally in high resolution (PNG, 300 DPI by default).

Payment policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins — including the sketch.
  • The remaining 50% is due after the final artwork is approved, before the high-res file is delivered.
  • For commissions under ~$30, full upfront payment may be required.
  • Any transaction or currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility.
Refund policy
  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
  • If I'm unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a refund will be issued based on work completed.
  • Final files are only delivered after full payment is received.

Revisions

  • The sketch stage is where major changes should be requested — please review carefully!
  • After sketch approval, only minor edits can be made.
  • Significant changes after sketch approval may incur an additional fee and extra time.
  • Up to 2 minor revisions are included during the lineart stage.
  • Up to 2 minor revisions are included during the final approval stage.
